Due to the nature of the products we sell, there will be no refunds issued for products containing no defect on our part.
We inspect all units, closures, frontals. & bundles before and during the completion of the sale.

If your purchase is found to have a defect please contact us immediately.

If you feel your unit is shedding or tangling excessively please contact us immediately.

Compensation, exchange, or refund varies based on the situation.

There will be no refunds processed after fourteen(14) days!

Real Rare Extensions will not be held liable for the over bleaching, and or over processing of knots, and extensions.
